Als Kundendienst-/Servicetechniker:in (m/w/d) im Außendienst bist du eigenständig in einem Einsatzgebiet nah an deinem Wohnort unterwegs. Über die Stelle:
Als Distribution Specialist unterstützen Sie das Logistics Distribution Team bei der Sicherstellung des richtigen Servicelevels sowie bei der Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung. Sie sind für die Transportplanung und Optimierung der Laderaumkapazitäten verantwortlich. Weiterhin sind Sie Ansprechpartner und Schnittstelle zu allen relevanten Abteilungen innerhalb unseres Clusters.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
Abwicklungskoordination intern/extern
Disposition von Transporten im Oracle Transport Management (OTM)
Monitoring der Planungsergebnisse und der Gestellungs- und Beladezeiten im OTM
Optimierung der Laderaumkapazitäten und des Planungslevels
Unterstützung im Reklamationsmanagement und in der Retourenabwicklung
Stornierung von Lieferscheinen im SAP/Oracle Transport Management (OTM)
Monitoring/Sicherstellung des richtigen Servicelevels und Prüfung/Umsetzung unserer Qualitätsvorgaben
IT Schnittstellen Monitoring (Warenverteilzentren, Umschlagspunkten)
Bestandsbuchungen (Warenverteilzentren, Umschlagspunkten)
Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung
Gelegentliche Projektarbeit und Vertretungen innerhalb des Teams
Bearbeitung/Monitoring des Meldewesens mit Hilfe des Berichtswesen und Track & Trace
Schadens- und Verlustabrechnung gemäß geltenden Vereinbarungen
Erfahrung und Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industrie-/Speditionskaufmann/-frau
Fachliche Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik
Prozessübergreifendes Verständnis und Kommunikation
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse (MS Office, Outlook)
OTM/SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
