Online Marketing Specialist - Schwerpunkt Social Media und Content Creation (m/w/d)

Das sind deine Aufgaben:
Entwicklung von organischen und bezahlten Social Media - Strategien zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit und Kundenbindung
Planung und Erstellung von kreativem Content (Text, Bild, Video) für unsere Social Media -Kanäle
Monitoring der Social Media - Performance
Community Management durch aktive Interaktion mit der Community und Beantwortung von Anfragen
Markt- und Trendbeobachtung zur Integration aktueller Social Media Trends in die Content-Strategie
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und internationalen Teams
Das ist dein Profil:
Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Mediengestaltung, Medieninformation, Online Marketing oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, gern auch Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position, bevorzugt im internationalen B2B - Umfeld
Fundierte Erfahrung mit Social Media - Plattformen (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) und im Kampagnenmanagement (organisch und paid)
Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud, Kenntnisse in der Video - Produktion sind von Vorteil
Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für visuelles Storytelling sowie Content - Erstellung
Analytische Skills, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
