Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben und Schwerpunkte:
• Unterstützung bei der (Weiter-) Entwicklung von Strategien, Maßnahmen und Prozessen rund um Personalmarketing, Personalgewinnung und Employer Branding • Mitarbeit an der Organisation von Karrieremessen, Exkursionen, Foto- und Videoshootings sowie bei der Erstellung und Aufbereitung unserer Employer-Branding-Toolbox, von Werbematerialien und Kommunikationsunterlagen, inkl.
Austausch mit externen Dienstleistern und Kollegen • In Abstimmung mit Talent Partnern - Sichtung und Bearbeitung der eingehenden Bewerbungen • Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Kanäle sowie bei der Content-Erstellung für die Social-Media-Kanäle • Recherchen und Trendscouting in den relevanten Themengebieten • Mitwirkung im sonstigen operativen TagesgeschäftQualifikationen für die RolleStudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL) oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in HR, Marketing, Kommunikation o.ä.Hohe Affinität zu Social Media und digitalen ThemenSicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Wünschenswert:
Kenntnisse in SEO/SEAFließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftEigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte ArbeitsweiseMehr über unsWir schätzen Menschen mit unterschiedlichem Hintergrund.
