Die Caterpillar Energy Solutions GmbH steht mit ihren beiden Marken MWM und CAT für hocheffiziente und umweltfreundliche Anlagen zur dezentralen Energieerzeugung. Das in Mannheim ansässige Unternehmen wurde im Jahre 1871 vom Autopionier Carl Benz gegründet. Die Produkte stehen für mehr als 150 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Gasmotoren und Stromaggregaten für Erdgas, Biogas und weitere Sondergase. Seit November 2011 ist unser Unternehmen Teil des Caterpillar-Konzerns.
Für unsere Bereiche „Motorenmontage und Prüfstand' suchen wir mehrere Monteure (m/w/d)
befristet für 12 Monate
Einsatzort: Mannheim
Ihre Aufgaben bei uns im Team:
Verschiedene Baugruppen mit vielschichtigen Montageinhalten (Taktzeit von 3 - 7 Stunden je nach Einsatzabteilung) nach technischer Zeichnung sowie Montagevorschriften montieren
Montage oder ggfs. Vormontage von z.B. Kurbel- und Nockenwellen, Pleuelstangen, Zylinderköpfen, Abgassystemen, und Kühlsystemen
Verkabelung und Montage von elektronischen Bauteilen
Dichtheits- und Festigkeitsprüfung
Messen von Plan- und Rundläufen, Ventilsitzen, Ventilführungen und Ventilrückständen sowie Protokollieren im Rahmen der Werkerselbstkontrolle
Damit können Sie uns überzeugen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Elektriker, Mechatroniker, Schlosser oder vergleichbar
Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Werkstattbetrieb oder einer Industriemontage
Kranschein wünschenswert
Selbstständiges Arbeiten und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Ordnungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
