Um unsere Mission zu erfüllen, suchen wir zum 01.12.2024 eine:n Praktikantin oder Praktikanten im Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Management (m/w/d). In deinem Praktikum unterstützt du das Team bei vielseitigen Herausforderungen und erhältst einen tiefen Einblick in das Personalwesen eines der am stärksten wachsenden jungen Unternehmen in Deutschland.
Praktikant im Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Management (m/w/d)
Dein Liefergebiet:
Du begleitest den gesamten Recruiting Prozess und das Bewerbermanagement für die Fach- und Führungskräfte
Über geeignete Kanäle (z. B. Xing Talent Manager) unterstützt du bei der aktiven Suche und Auswahl neuer potenzieller Kandidat:innen
Durch den Aufbau von vertrauensvollen Beziehungen zu unseren Bewerber:innen bis hin zum ersten Arbeitstag beeinflusst du die Candidate Experience maßgeblich
Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachabteilungen und den Bewerber:innen und bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für beide Seiten und stehst diesen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
Du hast die Möglichkeit eigene kleine Projekte zu übernehmen und zum Erfolg zu führen
Das hast du im Sortiment:
Du hast die ersten Semester deines Studiums mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem, psychologischem oder pädagogischem Schwerpunkt erfolgreich absolviert und bist über die gesamte Dauer des Praktikums immatrikuliert
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources, insbesondere mit dem Schwerpunkt Recruiting sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Lust, dich aktiv in unser HR-Team einzubringen
Durch deine offene und kommunikative Art fällt es dir leicht, andere zu begeistern
Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest sehr strukturiert, sodass du stets den Überblick über deine vielfältigen Aufgaben behältst
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
