Vorbereitung der Verpflegung für die Kaffeepausen
Herstellen und Verarbeitung von Lebensmitteln im Bankettbereich
Anwendung arbeits- und küchentechnischer Verfahren
Pflege von Arbeitsmitteln und Geräten
Vorschriften der Personal- und Betriebshygiene insbesondere der HACCP Standards
Warenfluss mit Warenannahme, -kontrolle und ordnungsgemäßer Einlagerung
Bereitstellen des Mise en place für das Bankettgeschäft
