Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben Auswahl und Verhandlung von Materialien für die Produktion im Rahmen der betreuten Produktfamilien, abhängig von Zielen in Bezug auf Volumen, Kosten und Qualität Mitwirkung an der Definition und Implementierung von kurz-, mittel- und langfristigen Lieferanten-Panel-Strategien für die betreuten Produktfamilien und Eignungsprüfung der Lieferanten für das Unternehmen Verhandlung von Rahmenvereinbarungen (u.a.
für Konsilager) und Preisverträgen (lokal und ggf.
global) Teilnahme an Lieferantenbewerbungen Unterstützung im Rahmen von Audits und Gruppen-Themen Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen im ERP-System und im Webcockpit Das zeichnet Sie aus Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie technisches Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung im Einkauf von technischen Komponenten (idealerweise mindestens drei Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Bereich technische Komponenten wie z.B.
Kunststoff, Gummi, Verpackungen …) Sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Excel- und MS-Word-Kenntnisse Teamplayer mit sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen (Level CEF C1) Durchsetzungsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe Hohe Kundenorientierung und interkulturelle Kompetenz Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an herausfordernden Aufgaben Was Neoperl Ihnen bietet Welche Arbeitsbedingungen dürfen Sie von uns auf der o.a.
