Das eBay Advertising-Team ist dafür verantwortlich, Werbelösungen auf der eBay-Plattform zu verwalten und zu ermöglichen. Dazu gehören die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Werbestrategien, die Analyse von Leistungskennzahlen sowie die Optimierung von Werbeanzeigen, um den maximalen Wert für eBays Kund*innen zu erzielen. Darüber hinaus arbeitet das eBay Ads-Team eng mit gewerblichen Händler*innen und Marken zusammen, um ihnen zu helfen, ihre Sichtbarkeits- und Umsatzziele auf eBay zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben:
Überwachung und Optimierung der Performance von CPC-Kampagnen.
Effizientes Zeitmanagement, um Kundenzufriedenheit und Account-Wachstum sicherzustellen.
Unterstützung des Account Managers bei der Erreichung definierter KPIs der Verkäufer.
Abgabe von Empfehlungen zu kategoriespezifischen Performance-Verbesserungen der CPC-Kampagnen.
Teilen von standardisierten Prozessen, um Abläufe im Team zu optimieren.
Verständnis der wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge der zugewiesenen Kategorien.
Dein Profil:
Mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Performance Marketing (CPC-Kampagnen Setup- und Optimierungen), E-Commerce oder digitaler Werbung.
Erfahrung mit CPC-Kampagnen, z. B. Google Ads.
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, datengetrieben und kundenorientiert.
Nachweisbare Fähigkeiten im Aufbau starker Kundenbeziehungen.
Teamplayer mit offener und kooperativer Einstellung.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
