Handwerk:
Sie sind für den Zuschnitt und die Veredelung des Frischfleischs sowie für die Hackfleischherstellung verantwortlich
Thekenbestückung und -gestaltung:
Sie erschaffen mit Kreativität eine ansprechende Präsentation und Platzierung unserer Produkte für unsere Fleischtheke
Kundenberatung:
Sie bedienen und beraten unsere Kunden fachgerecht und überzeugen durch Ihr freundliches Auftreten
Qualitätssicherung:
Eine regelmäßige Kontrolle der Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten und strikte Einhaltung der QM-Richtlinien sowie der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen nach HACCP gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet
Ausbildung :
Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fleischer, Metzger oder Koch
Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse :
Alternativ zu einer Berufsausbildung konnten Sie Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich der Fleischzerlegung und -veredelung und der Herstellung von Fleischerzeugnissen sammeln
Engagement:
Sie haben Spaß und Freude am Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sowie ein hohes Verständnis für Qualität, Hygiene, Sauberkeit und sind sicher im Umgang mit den HACCP-Richtlinien
