Die AWO Karlsruhe gemeinnützige GmbH betreibt seit 2012 das "Quartier Rintheimer Feld - Gut versorgt daheim - selbstbestimmt wohnen" in Kooperation mit der Wohnungsbaugesellschaft VOLKSWOHNUNG.
Mitten im Quartier befindet sich unser Servicestützpunkt, von dem aus die Kund
• innen des Quartiers durch ein interdisziplinäres Team und ehrenamtliche Kräfte unterstützt werden.Unser Pilotprojekt im Anna Leimbach Haus beinhaltet die Erbringung von ambulanten Assistenzleistungen der Eingliederungshilfe für junge Menschen im Alter zwischen 20 und 60 Jahren.
Durch diese individuelle Vernetzung der Dienste können wir den Quartiersbewohner
• innen eine umfassende Versorgung anbieten.Als Sozialpädagogische Fachkraft bei uns ist Ihre Aufgabe es, am Pilotprojekt mitzuwirken und unsere Kund
• innen zu unterstützen.
Sie werden Beratung, Begleitung und Intervention leisten sowie gemeinsam mit unseren Kund
• innen realistische Zukunftsperspektiven entwickeln.Wir bieten Ihnen folgende Möglichkeiten:
Beschäftigungsumfang von 50% - entspricht wöchentlich 19,25 StundenLeistungsgerechte Vergütung nach dem Tarifvertrag für die AWO Baden-WürttembergKeine Wochenend- und Bereitschaftsdienste, Einsatzzeiten flexibel nach AbspracheAnspruchsvolles und abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit Raum für Gestaltung und WeiterentwicklungSie haben keine Erfahrung in der Eingliederungshilfe?
