Du unterstützt das Fuhrparkmanagement als Teil des Einkaufsteams bei der Verwaltung, Organisation und Koordination unserer Fahrzeugflotte, bestehend aus Dienstwägen und PoolfahrzeugenDu bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle im Unternehmen für alle Fragen rund um die Bereitstellung und Nutzung von FirmenfahrzeugenZudem übernimmst Du die Kommunikation mit externen Partnern wie Autohäusern, Versicherungen, Werkstätten und weiteren DienstleisternDu übernimmst die Beschaffung von Firmenfahrzeugen (Kauf, Leasing, Miete), einschließlich Angebotseinholung, Verhandlung und Bestellung, unter Berücksichtigung der Dienstwagenrichtlinie und kaufmännischer ZieleDu pflegst und verwaltest Verträge, prüfst Rechnungen auf Richtigkeit und sorgst für eine vertragsgemäße AbwicklungDu bearbeitest Fahrzeugzulassungen und kümmerst Dich um Schadensfälle, Reklamationen und Reparaturabwicklungen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellenBei Bedarf unterstützt Du das Einkaufsteam bei weiteren kaufmännischen Themen und ProjektenDas bringst Du mit:
