• innen beteiligen möchte.HauptaufgabenUnterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Pflegefachkräften bei der Gestaltung eines angenehmen Wohnumfeldes und des Tagesablaufs mit den ihnen anvertrauten Bewohner
• innen.Hilfestellung bei der Körperpflege, dem An- und Auskleiden, dem Umbetten und der Nahrungsaufnahme.Wohnbereichsbezogene, hauswirtschaftliche Unterstützungstätigkeiten sowie die Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegemaßnahmen.AnforderungenEin ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Pflegequalität und Betreuung.Einen wertschätzenden und empathischen Umgang auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Bewohner
