Sachbearbeiter im Vertrieb Innendienst (m/w/d)
Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen:
Deine Aufgaben:
Aktive Betreuung unserer Kunden und Vertriebspartner in der EU und Drittländern
Abwicklung der täglichen Versandaufträge (Inland/Ausland) einschließlich der Erstellung von Fracht- und Versandbegleitpapieren
Monitoring des Auftragsbestandes, Terminverfolgung und Rückstandsüberwachung
Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen, schriftliche Beratung und Angebotserstellung
Einige Aufgaben der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung (hierfür sind keine Fachkenntnisse erforderlich)
Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf/Logistik und Buchhaltung sowie innerhalb des Vertriebsinnendienstes
Erledigung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben
