If you're a native German speaker skilled in building strong client relationships, we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you in the vibrant city of Barcelona!We are looking for a German-speaking Marketing & Sales Consultant to join our team.
In this position, you will serve as the main point of contact for our German-speaking clients, helping them enhance their online visibility through Google Ads and other related services.
Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, provide strategic marketing insights, and foster business growth.This role features a hybrid work setup, requiring you to spend 2 days a week at the World Trade Center Barcelona, one of the city's top business locations, and 3 days working remotely for greater flexibility.Main Responsibilities :
Consultation and Strategy Development:
Guide clients in effectively utilizing Google Ads by offering tailored marketing strategies and sales recommendations that meet their specific needs.
Create customized campaigns that achieve tangible results.Client Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with German-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.Sales Expansion:
Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, recommending additional Google Ads solutions that align with clients' business objectives.Campaign Performance Optimization:
Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaigns, maximizing return on investment (ROI) for clients.Collaborative Work:
Collaborate with team members in sales, marketing, and technical support to ensure clients receive top-notch service and solutions.Reporting and Analysis:
Regularly provide clients with performance reports and insightful analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness of their advertising efforts.Ideal Candidate Qualifications :
Native-level German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.Previous experience in sales, marketing, or digital advertising (experience with Google Ads is a significant advantage).Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and campaign management.Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client support.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.What We Provide :
