Wir suchen eine/n Tender Specialist / Ausschreibungsspezialistin/en mit fließenden Deutsch- und mit Englischkenntnissen, um öffentliche Ausschreibungen für alle unsere Verkaufs- und Servicebereiche zu bearbeiten.
Sie werden funktionsübergreifend mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um die fristgerechte Einreichung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen sicherzustellen. Sie werden die Beiträge aller relevanten Teams koordinieren und planen sowie dem Verkaufs- und Serviceteam klare Rückmeldungen über den aktuellen Stand der Ausschreibungen geben.
Ihre Aufgaben:
• Fristgerechte Einreichung vollständiger Ausschreibungsunterlagen auf den relevanten Plattformen
• Zusammenstellung vollständiger Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Sicherstellung der korrekten Unterzeichnung der Dokumente gemäß den Vollmachten des Unternehmens
• Koordination der Aktivitäten der Teammitglieder, die an der Ausschreibung beteiligt sind, um eine fristgerechte Einreichung zu gewährleisten
• Identifizierung öffentlicher Ausschreibungen in unseren Zielsegmenten durch Analyse von Veröffentlichungen auf verschiedenen Plattformen
• Überprüfung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen für öffentliche Ausschreibungen
Anforderungen:
• Vollzeit vor Ort in unseren Büros in Wetzlar (Deutschland) oder in Mannheim (Deutschland)
• Kenntnisse der MS-Systeme
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Italienischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil.
• Hervorragende organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in der Medizinbranche ist von Vorteil
