Einrichtungsleitung (w/m/d) für ein Wohnheim am Standort Großhennersdorf, in dem erwachsene Menschen mit geistiger und mehrfacher Behinderung leben.
Vorausgesetzt wird eine Ausbildung als Fachkraft für betreuende oder pflegerische Tätigkeiten in Einrichtungen der Behindertenhilfe und mindestens eine zweijährige hauptberufliche Tätigkeit in einer sozial- oder heilpädagogischen Einrichtung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u.a.:
Leitung eines Wohnheimes der Behindertenhilfe und Umsetzung der Konzeption sowie der geltenden Standards, Verantwortung für die diakonische Ausrichtung des Hauses sowie Koordination des Zusammenwirkens von Bewohnern, Heimbeirat, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitern.
In sieben Wohnheimen und sechs Werkstätten für Menschen mit Behinderung vertrauen mehr als 500 Mitarbeitende der Diakoniewerk Oberlausitz gGmbH als zuverlässigem Arbeitgeber.
