Für unsere Abteilung Infrastruktur und Services in Helmstedt suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Spezialisten Miet- und Vermarktungsmanagement.Deine Aufgaben:
Verwaltung und Betreuung von Mietobjekten, einschließlich der Vermietung, Vertragsgestaltung und -verwaltung sowie der Vermarktung von nicht mehr betriebsnotwendigen Immobilien.Akquisition neuer Mieter und Käufer sowie qualitative Pflege vorhandener Kundenbeziehungen.Erarbeitung konkreter Maßnahmen für Vermarktungsstrategien, Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Erstellung von Exposees und Vermarktungsunterlagen.Verhandlung und Abschluss von Miet- und Kaufverträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen.Organisation und Durchführung der jährlichen Betriebskostenanalyse und -abrechnung.Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, Handwerkern und Behörden.Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten, Erträgen und Qualität zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, interner Richtlinien und Budgetvorgaben.Eigenverantwortliche Mitwirkung in Projekten des Infrastrukturbereiches.Übernahme zeitlich abgrenzbarer Sonderaufgaben in Absprache mit der Abteilungsleitung.Dein Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer kaufmännischen Fachrichtung sowie eine Fortbildung zum Fach-/Betriebswirt oder Meister/Techniker mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft.Idealerweise Berufserfahrungen im Miet- und Vermarktungsmanagement sowie im Mietrecht.Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke.Hohe Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit.Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.Führerschein der Klasse B.Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1).Wir bieten:
