Die Position ist zunächst für zwei Jahre befristet zu besetzen.Deine AufgabenBetreuung des Tagesgeschäftes:
Durch deine Expertise und Begeisterung wirst du zur fachlichen Ansprechperson für deine Kolleg:
innen im Customer Service.Monitoring:
Du überwachst die zeitgerechte Bearbeitung von Beschwerden, Retouren und Abweichungen und stellst sicher, dass die Kundenhotline zu den vereinbarten Zeiten besetzt ist.Klärung von Eskalationsfällen:
Du wickelst Rückfragen aus dem Tagesgeschäft mit unserem Mandanten ab und bist erster Eskalationspunkt bei Problemen.Wissensvermittlung:
Neue Teammitglieder versorgst du mit den wichtigen Informationen und unterstützt bei deren Einarbeitung, darüber hinaus wirkst du bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse mit.Abteilungsübergreifender Austausch:
Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu unseren internen Abteilungen Qualitätsmanagement, Logistik, Transport, IT, Trade.Dein ProfilAbgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B.
als Industriekaufmann (m/w/x) oder Bürokaufmann (m/w/x) und Erfahrungen im Customer Service Umfeld bzw.
in der Kundenbetreuung.Sehr sichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1 Niveau).Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP.Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und Sorgfalt.Gute und sichere Anwenderkenntnisse von Transport- und Zollthemen für verschiedene Länder unter Beachtung der individuellen Besonderheiten.Deine BenefitsIndividuelle Weiterbildung:
