innen.Du stellst ein angemessenes Risiko und Compliance-Management bezüglich des extern bezogenen Services sicher.Außerdem unterstützt du in der Abstimmung und Beantragung von notwendigen Serviceänderungen sowie der anschließenden Implementierung und Inbetriebnahme.Anforderungen Du hast einen Master in Wirtschaftsinformatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.Fundierte Kenntnisse in ITIL zeichnen dich aus, idealerweise mit einer entsprechenden Zertifizierung.Erste Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung von Dienstleister:
innen hast du bereits gesammelt.Im Bereich Gesprächsführung sowie Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement setzt du dich in hohem Maße ein und zeigst, dass du für deine Ziele einstehst.Dabei trittst du auch in Konfliktsituationen überzeugend auf.Du kannst dich gut in unterschiedliche Teams einbringen, um gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein.Du schreibst dir eine hohe Kund:
