Neben der Schichtplanung übernimmst du auch die Führung, Einarbeitung und die stetige Entwicklung deines eigenen Teams aus 50+ Runnern (Fahrern) Entdecke Prozessoptimierungen:
Mit Hilfe unserer Kennzahlen und den Berichten spürst du Verbesserungspotenziale auf und entwickelst clevere Lösungen zur Optimierung, um Abläufe und den Warenfluss in deinem Hub noch effizienter zu gestalten Teamwork:
Im stetigen Austausch mit unserem Customer Success Team, unserem Zentrallager und dem zentralen Team entwickelst du Strategien, um unseren Service stetig zu verbessern und unsere Kunden noch glücklicher zu machen.
Strategische Aufgaben:
Du analysierst Prognosen, planst die kommenden Tage und verwaltest die Bestellfenster unserer Kunden, um einen optimalen Ablauf der Operationen sicherzustellen.
