As a professional services organization, we collaborate closely with our business units, providing pivotal services that accelerate E.ON's ambitious Digital Transformation strategy.If you have a passion for leading the green transition with digital innovation, become a playmaker in our energetic and diverse team of more than 500 Expert Services consultants.It's on us to make new energy work!The Team - your impactAs a Digital Technology Rollout Manager (f/m/d) you will be working in mission-critical areas and support E.ON's digital transformation programs to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company.Your Role - meaningful & rewardingFacilitating stakeholder communication and decision-making, ensuring transparent reporting across all stakeholders and moderating discussions between central and local teamsSupporting the delivery of alternating strategic rollout projects across the E.ON group across all rollout phases from conception to deploymentCoordinating the rollout and hands-on supporting rollout-related topics from requirements specification to data harmonization, migration, testing, cutover and training & changeEngaging in the development of our Rollout Service offering at Expert Services supporting in build a knowledge repository, support in recruiting activities and opportunity originationYour Profile - authentic & open-mindedCompleted academic degree in Business, IT, or a related fieldProven ability to coordinate and manage rollout tasks working in large IT projects (> 1m €) with functional leadership responsibilityExperienced in consulting environments with good problem-solving and effective communication skillsTechnology knowledge and functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:
SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SalesforceAdvanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS TeamsBusiness fluency in German and English is absolutely mandatoryIdeally, you have knowledge of the energy sector and the grid businessOur Benefits - smart & usefulEnjoy flexibility:
