Übernahme des BIM-Managements für verschiedenen Bauprojekte Beratung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei der Anwendung und Einbindung der BIM-Methodik in Projekte Wissenstransfer innerhalb der Projekte und Mitwirken bei internen Schulungen Mitarbeit in Arbeitsgruppen Ihre fachliche Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen Diplom FH / Bachelor oder Bauinformatik, Verkehrsingenieurwesens oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mit Studienrichtung Verkehrswesen, oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss von ähnlich vergleichbaren Studienrichtungen/Fachrichtungen Als Beamtin/Beamter muss die Laufbahnbefähigung für das 1.
Einstiegsamt der Laufbahngruppe 2 Fachrichtung Technische Dienste (ehemals gehobener bautechnischer Dienst) vorliegen Berufserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse in den Gebieten der Planung, Bauvorbereitung, -vergabe und -durchführung sowie des Vertrags- und Vergabewesens für Bau- und Ingenieurleistungen sind wünschenswert Grundkenntnisse zur BIM-Methode sind erforderlich Hohe Affinität zu digitalen Arbeitsweisen sollte vorhanden sein Fachkenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie der Anwendung der BIM-Methode sind wünschenswert Ihre persönliche Qualifikation:
