Your ResponsibilitiesMonitor and control the Technical Projects portfolio.
Maintenance of respective data, documentation and reportingOversee and regulate project progress, and provide project management support to Project Managers in reviewing KPI's and providing support for reporting to all stakeholdersHandle administrative tasks (e.g.
compilation of reports, administration and preparation of regular meetings, maintenance of documentation, PPE administration, SharePoint administration)Support of project managers in administering projects (e.g.
supplier coordination, arrangement of business travels, finance and procurements process)Your ProfileBachelor in business administration or engineering entailing project management and controllingFirst professional experience in ship technology (e.g.
yard) or operations (e.g.
ship manager) and project management, preferably of ship technical projectsProficiency in MS Office is essentialVery good knowledge of the English language (English is our company language!)
