Speditionskaufmann / Speditionskauffrau (m/w/d) Die HGK Logistics and Intermodal verknüpft ihr langjähriges Know-how im Handling spezifischer Gütergruppen mit einem umfassenden Netzwerk eigener Logistik-Hubs, Häfen und Terminals und spezialisierten Transportkapazitäten.
Darauf aufbauend entwickelt sie passende Logistikkonzepte, von kundenspezifischen Warehousing- und Kontraktlogistik-Angeboten bis hin zur Organisation aller Transport- und Umschlagleistungen im intermodalen Güterverkehr.
Der Einsatz möglichst nachhaltiger Transportmittel per Binnenschiff oder Güterzug im Hauptlauf ist dabei ein fester Bestandteil ihrer DNA.

Sie sind zuständig für die Auftragsannahme und -bearbeitungSie begleiten den Prozess von der Auftragsanlage, über die Transportüberwachung bis hin zur Vorabrechnung der erbrachten LeistungDes Weiteren übernehmen Sie die Erstellung von Lade- und Löschbescheinigungen sowie von FrachtbriefenNicht zuletzt sind Sie zuständig für die Versand- und ZollabwicklungDas bringen Sie mitIhre Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im logistischen UmfeldSie konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsumfeld sammelnIn jedem Fall sind Sie mit den Office Anwendungen insbesondere Outlook sowie Excel vertraut.
