Was Dich erwartetBei Premier Inn, Deutschlands am schnellsten wachsende Hotelkette, kannst Du in der Nachtschicht der Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste werden. Entdecke all das, was unsere einzigartigen Hotels zu bieten haben, indem Du bei uns als Night Audit (gn) einsteigst. Setze Deine Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice ein, um unseren Gästen ein fantastisches Erlebnis zu bieten - egal, ob Du sie an der Rezeption eincheckst, Anfragen beantwortest oder für die Sicherheit im Haus während der Nacht sorgst. Bring Dein wahres Ich zu uns und wir bieten Dir eine Karriere wie Du sie brauchst.
Sorge für Sicherheit im Hotel:
Während der Nacht sorgst Du für die Sicherheit unserer Gäste, indem Du die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Sicherheits- und Hygienevorschriften sowie unseren eigenen Qualitätsanspruch überprüfst.
Sei Gastgeber in der Nachtschicht:
Für einen guten Abschluss des Tages, servierst Du unseren Gästen Getränke an der Bar. An der Rezeption beantwortest Du individuelle Gästeanfragen per Mail, sowie persönlich vor Ort und gibst Anfragen oder Informationen an Deine Kolleg:
innen in der Tagschicht weiter.
Erstelle den Tagesabschluss:
Du kümmerst Dich um die Kasse und machst den Tagesabschluss, damit alles für den nächsten Tag bereit ist.
Was Du mitbringst
Praktische Erfahrung:
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen an einer Hotelrezeption sammeln können, idealerweise bereits als Night Audit.
Persönlichkeit:
Unsere Teams sind die ultimativen Sympathieträger und Deine positive Einstellung trägt dazu bei, dass sich unsere Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen
Digitale Kenntnisse:
Word- und Outlook-Kenntnisse bringst Du mit und findest Dich schnell in neuen Systemen zurecht.
