Das NYX Hotel Hamburg by Leonardo Hotels verfügt über insgesamt 236 urbane Zimmer. Im Erdgeschoss ist neben einem weitläufig und offen gestalteten Lobby-, Rezeptions- und Barbereich ein 280 Quadratmeter großes Restaurant geplant. Auf einer Fläche von rund 150 Quadratmetern laden mehrere Veranstaltungs- und Konferenzräume zu kreativen Meetings ein. Zudem verfügt das Haus über einen Fitnessraum und eine Tiefgarage. Deine Aufgaben
Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im gesamten Hotel
Beschaffung von Ersatz- und Verbrauchsstoffen sowie Kontrolle und Prüfung des technischen Einkaufs
Einhaltung der gängigen Sicherheits- und Brandschutzbestimmungen nach baurechtlichen Vorgaben, in enger
Zusammenarbeit mit der übergeordneten technischen Abteilung
Dein Profil
BE YOURSELF - Sei authentisch und so wie Du bist
Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf (z.B. als Techniker, Elektroniker, Anlagenmechaniker, Zimmerer, Hausmeister (d/w/m))
Berufserfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich
Teamgeist ist kein Fremdwort für Dich, wir suchen Macher mit Persönlichkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Erfahrung als Allround-Handwerker und handerkliches Geschick
Spaß an der Berufung, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
PC-Kenntnisse in den üblichen Anwendungen
