Wir suchen engagierte und qualifizierte Fachkräfte wie:Examinierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Kinderkrankenpfleger, Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger oder Altenpfleger (m/w/d)in Voll- oder Teilzeit für unsere Jugendstationen.

Deine Aufgaben - Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen!
Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Organisation und Strukturierung des Klinikalltags, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie das Team zu gewährleisten.
Du führst co-therapeutische Gespräche, die gezielt Themen aus der Einzel- oder Gruppentherapie aufgreifen und vertiefen, um den therapeutischen Prozess zu fördern.
Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle in Krisensituationen und bietest schnelle, kompetente Unterstützung, um Stabilität und Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
Du leitest eigenständig Therapiegruppen, beispielsweise zu Entspannungsverfahren, Achtsamkeit, sozialer Kompetenz oder Skilltraining, und trägst so zur Weiterentwicklung der Patientinnen und Patienten bei.
Du begleitest Essstörungspatientinnen und -patienten therapeutisch während der Mahlzeiten und unterstützt sie dabei, einen gesunden Umgang mit dem Essen zu entwickeln.
Dein Profil - Das wünschen wir uns
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Erzieher oder zum Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d).
Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung aus den Bereichen Psychosomatik/Psychiatrie oder der Versorgung von Menschen in Wohn- und Heimgruppen mit - ist aber kein Muss!
Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit zeichnen Dich aus.
Dein Auftreten gegenüber Patientinnen, Patienten und deren Bezugspersonen ist geprägt von Respekt, Professionalität und Empathie.
Außerdem bist Du neugierig auf neue Themen und hast Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung.
