Projektleiter (m/w/d) Sprinkleranlagen
Für unseren Standort in Germering oder Nürnberg, suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Projektleiter (m/w/d) Sprinkleranlagen
Ihre Aufgaben:
Montageplanerstellung gemäß VdS-CEA bzw. FM-Richtlinien
Rohrnetzberechnungen unter Berücksichtigung der Brandgefahrenklassen
Erstellung von Systemschaltplänen, Materialauszügen und Bestellanforderungen
Terminplanung und Management der Projektressourcen und -abläufen
Kontrolle der Projektergebnisse (Vertragskonformität und Regelwerk)
Erstellung von Aufmaß- und Abrechnungsunterlagen
Technische Betreuung des Montagepersonals
Erstellung von Dokumentationsunterlagen und Zusatz- und Nachtragspositionen
Ihre Qualifikationen:
Ingenieur (m/w/d) der Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau o.ä., Ausbildung zum staatl. geprüften Techniker
Berufserfahrung, wünschenswert im stationären Brandschutz bzw. Sprinklertechnik
Überzeugende Kenntnisse in MS Office
Menschlich überzeugend, fachlich versiert
Überzeugungsfähigkeit, klare Kommunikation und sicheres Auftreten
Engagement, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und - Teamfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
