For these chapters we have centralized multiple supporting functions.
One of this will be a shared Team Assistant (f/m/d) for our chapter leads.Your Role - meaningful & rewardingYou will support daily tasks of the various management functions and support the engineering chapters in organizational topicsOrganize, host and manage meetings as well as international events handling complex requirements Acting as major contact person (m/f/d) for numerous units and stakeholders in the engineering organization Active involvement in budget planning, controlling and resource planning within the related product organization, engineering units and ESD tech tower Administrative support for agenda management, room bookings, travel bookings, travel expenses processing and billing Supporting the various talent win room activities together with recruiting on an organizational perspective Ensuring a successful on- and offboarding experience for our team members Your Profile - authentic & open-mindedSome years of experience as an Assistant (m/f/d) working with large team sizes in a multi-national environment Proven ability to handle international teams and complex company structuresDedication to organizing complex teams with multiple stakeholders and ability to prioritize accordinglyExperience in setting up events virtually and in person for different team sizes Strong communication skills in German and English, as well as a remarkable service mindset Experienced in financial controlling activities Open-mindedness and proactivity for new task areas in a growing environmentOur Benefits - smart & usefulEnjoy flexibility:
