Durchführung von Produktmanagementaufgaben für die SB ProdukteMarktbeobachtung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen InfrastrukturlösungenAnsprechpartner und Schnittstelle für Hersteller, Dienstleister und leistungserbringende Einheiten in der Finanz InformatikOrganisation und Durchführung der operativen DienstleistersteuerungMitarbeit in Projekten bei fachlichen und technischen Fragen zu SB ThemenOrganisation und Durchführung von Beratungsgesprächen bei Neukunden und Servicegesprächen bei Bestandskunden zu den in der Abteilung verantworteten Produkten und ServicesRollout der Produkte bei den KundenUnterstützung des Produktverantwortlichen während des gesamten ProduktlebenszyklusIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft bzw.
eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit IT-HintergrundGute Kenntnisse im Produktmanagement sowie in der Funktionsweise, Nutzung und Einsatzweise von technischen ProduktenHohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit KundenTeamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen GesprächspartnernKundenorientiertes sowie unternehmerisches Denken und HandelnBenefits:
