SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/w/d) Aufgaben Pflege und Weiterentwicklung :
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP HCM Systemlandschaft.
Customizing :
Sie setzen umsetzbare Anforderungen durch gezieltes Customizing um.
Vielfältige Aufgaben :
Sie erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Mischung aus täglichem Geschäft und projektbezogenen Aufgaben.
Dokumentation und Kommunikation :
Sie erstellen Dokumentationen und kommunizieren mit dem Fachbereich sowie verschiedenen Stakeholdern.
Prozessoptimierung :
Sie unterstützen bei der Analyse, Optimierung und Neugestaltung der SAP-Prozesse in den Bereichen Abrechnung, Organisationsmanagement, Stammdaten und digitale Personalakte.
Projektleitung :
Je nach Erfahrung übernehmen Sie die (Teil-)Projektleitung für innovative SAP-Projekte im Bereich Human Resources.
Sonderthemen :
Sie unterstützen bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten und Betriebsprüfungen.
Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung:
Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d), IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d) oder ein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw.
eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Berufserfahrung:
Sie verfügen über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld als Keyuser oder Consultant.
Customizing-Kenntnisse:
Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im Customizing in mehreren der folgenden Module:
PA (Personaladministration), PY.
