Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir einen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für die Energiewirtschaft an den Standorten in Dortmund, Essen und Gelsenkirchen.

Profil
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch oder weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte IT-Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Anwendungen und gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise SAP IS-U
Prozessorientierung, sowie ein hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit, ein gutes Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Aufgaben
Selbstständige Bearbeitung standardisierter und individueller Vorgänge in der Meldungsverarbeitung für die Sparten Strom und Gas
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vorgegebener Qualitätsvorgaben durch die Bundesnetzagentur (GPKE und GeLi Gas) und der Verbände (BDEW) im Zuge eingehender EDIFACT-Nachrichten
Bearbeitung von Stammdatensynchronisationsmeldungen im Rahmen der Bilanzkreistreue
Ansprechpartner im Umfeld der Stammdatenänderungen für Anfragen, Klärfälle, Beschwerden und Eskalationen sowohl für das Stammnetz als auch für die Teilnetze sowie Pachtnetze
Bearbeitung von eingehenden Geschäftsdatenanfragen zu Stammdaten
Verantwortung für die Durchführung von fachlichen und formatbezogenen Systemtests
