Projektmitarbeiter (m/w/d) Textilsortierung für Second-Hand-ModeDu bist verantwortlich für die sorgfältige Sortierung und Qualitätsbeurteilung von Secondhand-Textilien.
Du stellst sicher, dass die Kleidungsstücke unseren hohen Qualitätsansprüchen entsprechen, bereitest sie für den Online-Verkauf vor und kommissionierst für unser Partnerprojekt, darunter namhafte Einzelhandelsmarken.
Mit zunehmender Erfahrung übernimmst Du die Teamkoordination und sorgst für optimierte Arbeitsabläufe und hohe Produktivität.Dein Job:
Du bist hauptverantwortlich für die Sortierung, Qualitätssicherung von Secondhand-Ware für ausgewählte Filialen unseres Einzelhandelspartners.Du packst selbst mit an im Sortierprozess, um den Projektfortschritt sicherzustellen.Preisauszeichnung und effiziente Allokation der Waren für unsere Partnerflächen, inklusive Inventarplanung und Warenflusskontrolle gehören zu Deinem Tagesgeschäft.Ebenso definierst und optimierst Du IT-Anforderungen für die Sortiersoftware, um eine effiziente und transparente Abwicklung aller Prozesse zu gewährleisten.
Hierbei arbeitest Du eng mit der IT-Abteilung und externen Partnern zusammen zur Entwicklung und Anpassung der Sortiersoftware.Regelmäßig reist Du zu unseren Partner-Standorten, um die Shop-in-Shop-Flächen zu prüfen und sicherzustellen, dass die Präsentation und Allokation der Ware optimal umgesetzt sind.Du stimmst Dich eng mit den Filialleitern unseres Einzelhandelspartners ab, um Feedback einzuholen und Sortier- und Allokationsprozesse zu optimieren.Du erstellst Reportings und Kennzahlenanalysen, um den Projekterfolg kontinuierlich zu messen und an unseren Partner zu kommunizieren.Deine Skills:
Du bringst Erfahrung im Textileinzelhandel mit und hast eine Affinität zu verschiedenen Textilien und Marken.Ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und Sorgfalt ist selbstverständlich für Dich.Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und bringst Dich aktiv im operativen Tagesgeschäft ein.Du bringst sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit.Deine sicheren Englischkenntnissen und Deine Kommunikationsstärke ermöglichen Dir eine einwandfreie Kommunikation mit unserem Partner.Du interessierst Dich für nachhaltiges Textilmanagement und die textile Kreislaufwirtschaft.Unsere Benefits:
