„Business Innovation' ist Teil des Bereichs „Mobile Wholesale' innerhalb der Telekom Deutschland GmbH, der alle Zweit- und Partnermarken im Netz der Telekom betreut.
Im Business Innovation Team beschäftigen wir uns mit der Akquise und den Anfragen potenzieller neuer Markenpartner, die Mobilfunkprodukte unter eigener Marke im Netz der Telekom vermarkten möchten.
Parallel dazu verantworten wir die Mobilfunkmarken „EDEKA smart', „NORMA Connect', „KAUFLAND MOBIL' und „Bling mobile' und übernehmen dabei sämtliche Vertriebs- & Marketing-Aktivitäten.
Deine Aufgaben Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum - Als Praktikant (m/w/d) profitierst du in jedem Fall von einer attraktiven Vergütung und unterstützt das Marketing- und Vertriebsteam bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben:
Mitwirken an der Online-Präsenz unserer Marken (Webseite, Online-Shop und Social Media Auftritte) inkl.
eigenständige Entwicklung und Durchführung von Aktionen.
Mitarbeit an der Konzeption und Gestaltung von Werbemitteln (Anzeigen, Newsletter, etc.) sowie Online-Aktivitäten.
Planen und Umsetzen des Markenauftritts im Web und am Point of Sale.
Aktive Mitarbeit an der Marktbeobachtung und -Analyse sowie an der Nachbereitung von Marketingmaßnahmen.
Support bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Kundenterminen und Schulungen.
Weiterentwicklung der Customer Journey und Optimierung von Endkundenprozessen.
Dein Profil Du studierst idealerweise Marketing, Vertrieb, einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder befindest dich im Gap Year.
Zudem verfügst du über folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing/Vertrieb sind von Vorteil.
Interesse für den deutschen Mobilfunkmarkt und Fähigkeit zur Identifikation mit den jeweiligen Zielgruppen unserer Mobilfunkmarken.
Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit professionellen Social-Media-Kanälen.
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise.
Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen (insb.
Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Praktikumszeitraum:
6 Monate.
Diese Stelle ist auch in Teilzeit möglich.
