Pflegefachkraft (w/m/d) in der psychiatrischen Pflege
Die Stelle ist mit einem Umfang von 20 bis 35 Std./Woche zu besetzen.
Deine Tätigkeiten umfassen vor allem Regelmäßige stützende und entlastende Gespräche sowie Einzelberatung und Unterstützung in alltagspraktischen, sozialhilferechtlichen und behördlichen Angelegenheiten
Krisenbegleitung und Krisenintervention
Unterstützung bei der Tages- und Wochenstrukturierung sowie Freizeitgestaltung
Digitale Verlaufsdokumentation und Erstellung von Hilfeplänen
Zusammenarbeit mit dem sozialen und professionellen Umfeld
Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen, kollegialer Beratung und Supervision
Wir wünschen uns eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur ex. Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung in psychiatrischer Pflege oder mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Vollzeit mit der Zielgruppe
eine Zusätzliche Therapie-, Beratungs- oder Psychiatriequalifikation von Vorteil
