in Digitalisierung und IT organisierst du alle administrativen Aufgaben und unterstützt die Bereichsleitung und die Führungskräfte des Bereiches, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts sicherzustellen.
Die Bereichs- und Abteilungsleitungen unterstützt du bei Buchungen, der Terminkoordination sowie der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen.
Du wirkst zudem beim Bestell- und Rechnungswesen, beim Bereichscontrolling und beim Kostenstellenreporting mit.
Für neue Mitarbeiter:
innen planst und begleitest du den Onboardingprozess.AnforderungenDu bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Als Assistent:
in hast du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
Dadurch kennst du dich mit Büroorganisation, MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie SAP aus.
Dich zeichnet eine verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
Deine sehr guten, aktiven Kommunikationsfähigkeiten setzt du in einem anspruchsvollen Arbeitsumfeld gezielt ein, bei Bedarf auch auf Englisch.
