Du trägst die Verantwortung für die vertriebliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung deines Vertriebsgebiets und arbeitest eng mit dem Vertriebsdirektor sowie dem Firmen- und Lebenspezialist:

Ebenso unterstützt und schulst du die Agenturen in deinem Gebiet vor Ort, planst und führst notwendige Trainingsmaßnahmen durch und berätst in betriebswirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Fragen
Außerdem stellst du die Einhaltung der Zurich-Standards und Prozesse sicher, inklusive Dokumentationspflichten, Weiterbildung und Nutzung bereitgestellter Tools
Deine Vita umfasst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsmanagement
Du überzeugst durch deine gewinnende Persönlichkeit sowie ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bringst Erfahrung in der Schulung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden mit
