Wir suchen für die Stabstelle "Strategische Portfoliokoordination" am Standort Berlin baldmöglichst eine oder einen
Referent/in "Strategische Portfoliokoordination" (m/w/d).
Was Sie erwartetBetreuung des "Ständigen Projekt- und Strategieausschusses" in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen im Haus
Organisation und Vorbereitung der Fachrats-Geschäftsführer-Sitzungen
Begleitung der Budgetplanung für den SPSA und die Fachräte im Rahmen der jährlichen Etatplanung
Betreuung von übergreifenden Themenstellungen innerhalb der Strategischen Portfoliokoordination, darunter die laufende Pflege und Aktualität von Steuerungstabellen zum Bundesweiten Strategieportfolio sowie des Nachschlagewerks und die Kommunikation rund um die Stabsstelle
Teilweise Begleitung von einzelnen BSP-Initiativen & Gremienmanagement
abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Bankensektor oder in einem vergleichbaren Tätigkeitsgebiet
Idealerweise Kenntnisse über strategische Fragestellungen im Bankgewerbe
Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Gremienmanagement und/oder in der Begleitung von Strategieprozessen
Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz im Kontakt mit verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen
Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientiert-pragmatische Arbeitsweise sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Einsatzbereitschaft, Kundeorientierung, Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, auch in turbulenten Situationen den Überblick zu bewahren
Flexible Arbeitszeiten - für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
Mobiles Arbeiten im Ausland - bis zu 18 Tage im EU-Ausland arbeiten
