Der BVR vertritt als Spitzenverband der genossenschaftlichen FinanzGruppe der Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken die Interessen von rund 700 Mitgliedsbanken mit mehr als 130.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern auf bundesweiter und internationaler Ebene.

Wir suchen für das Kompetenzcenter Nachhaltigkeit in der Abteilung "Grundsatzfragen" am Standort Berlin baldmöglichst eine oder einen
Referent/in "Nachhaltigkeit / Sustainable Finance"(m/w/d)

Dein Beitrag zum ErfolgGestaltung und Abstimmung von Grundsatzfragen zur Nachhaltigkeitsregulierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachabteilungen
Bewertung und Priorisierung politischer Gesetzesinitiativen mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und aktive Mitwirkung in BVR-Gremien
Begleitung und Unterstützung nachhaltigkeitspolitischer Initiativen und Regulierungsprojekten (z.B. Offenlegungs- und Berichtsanforderungen, Taxonomie, Lieferkettenregulierung)
Fachliche Leitung und Betreuung von Projekten
Beratung von und Informationsweitergabe an Genossenschaftsbanken zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit
Fundierte rechtliche Kenntnisse der EU-Regulierung im Bereich Sustainable Finance
Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
Kreativität, Lösungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
Reisebereitschaft
Flexible Arbeitszeiten und mobiles Arbeiten - für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
Mobiles Arbeiten im Ausland - bis zu 18 Tage im Jahr im EU-Ausland arbeiten
