Ihre Aufgaben:
Als SpezialistIn Lieferantenqualität in der Commodity Exterieur und Zierteile stellen Sie die Qualität der von Ihnen verantworteten Komponenten im Fahrzeug sicher
Im Rahmen des Produktentstehungsprozesses sorgen Sie beim Lieferanten für ein effizientes und strukturiertes Projektmanagement, für fähige Produktionsprozesse und entscheiden über die Lieferfreigabe
Sie beeinflussen die Konzepte hinsichtlich effizienter Qualitäts-Zielerreichung, Herstellbarkeit und Verbaubarkeit im Fahrzeug und wirken bei der Lieferantenauswahl mit
Dabei führen Sie den Lieferanten zu einem stabilen Q-Angebot
Für Ihr Teileportfolio haben Sie eine detaillierte Sicht über die weltweit besten Lieferanten hinsichtlich Produkten, Produktions- und Qualitätsprozessen und sind für unsere Partner in Einkauf, Entwicklung und Logistik der kompetente Ansprechpartner für die Qualitätsfähigkeit unserer Lieferanten
Sie haben eine durchgängige Kenntnis über das Fehlergeschehen beim Lieferanten, bei BMW und im Feld und sind in der Lage, präventive Qualitätsarbeit mit dem Ziel „0-Fehler' zu leisten
Im Rahmen des Fehlerbeseitigungsprozesses ermitteln Sie Kernursachen von Fehlern und sorgen für eine nachhaltige Problemlösung beim Lieferanten
Sie sind in der Lage, auf Augenhöhe mit Geschäftsleitern der Zulieferindustrie BMW-Interessen durchzusetzen.
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium des Maschinenbaus, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder der Fahrzeugtechnik
Fachknowhow in Technologien (z. B. Spritzguss, Oberflächenbearbeitung und -technologie, Fertigungsverfahren für Kunststoff, Metall, Glas)
Projekterfahrung
Kenntnisse der Qualitätstechniken und des -managements
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
Reisebereitschaft
Analytische Denkweise
