Controller (m/w/d) Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabenfeld Finanzcontrolling und Analyse:
Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets und Forecasts für Kontraktlogistikprojekte.
Analyse der finanziellen Performance einzelner Projekte und Standorte.
Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen und Identifikation von Abweichungen.
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung.
Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung:
Erfassung und Analyse der Kostenstrukturen in der Kontraktlogistik (Transport, Lagerhaltung, Personal, etc.).
Entwicklung von Modellen zur Kostenallokation auf verschiedene Kontrakte.
Analyse der Rentabilität von Kundenverträgen und Logistiklösungen.
Berichtswesen und KPIs:
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung eines KPI-Systems zur Steuerung der Kontraktlogistik.
Regelmäßiges Reporting an interne und externe Stakeholder (z. B. Kunden).
Entwicklung von Dashboards und Berichten zur Visualisierung der Leistungskennzahlen.
Vertrags- und Kundencontrolling:
Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation und Verhandlung von Kundenverträgen.
Überwachung der Einhaltung von Vertragsbedingungen und finanziellen Vereinbarungen.
Analyse der Kundenprofitabilität und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
Prozess- und Projektunterstützung: Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Einführung neuer Logistiksysteme oder Prozesse.
Schnittstelle zwischen Controlling, Operations und Vertrieb zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Kundenbetreuung.
Begleitung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben, z. B. in den Bereichen Datenanalyse und automatisiertes Reporting.
Folgendes sollten Sie mitbringen Fachliche Kompetenzen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Fundierte Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Bereich Kontraktlogistik oder Supply Chain Management.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung sowie Budgetplanung.
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel inkl. Pivot-Tabellen und fortgeschrittenen Funktionen und BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI).
Persönliche Kompetenzen: Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen.
Hohe Zahlenaffinität und Detailgenauigkeit.
Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
