Deine Aufgaben Unterstützung des Bereichs Lidl Plus International beim Ausbau unserer Kundenkenntnisse in der Lidl Welt, ab Februar 2025 für sechs Monate Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Länderbetreuern bei der Bearbeitung von Teilprojekten zur Förderung der Kundenbindung bei Lidl Plus Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Implementierung internationaler Standards für unsere Landesgesellschaften Optimierung von CRM-Maßnahmen durch Erfolgs-messungen (z.B.
A/B-Tests und strukturierte Reportings) Planung und Erstellung von kreativen und datenbasierten Inhalten (z.B.
internationale saisonale Kampagnen) Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für verschiedene Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Optimierung bestehender Prozesse von Lidl Plus Dein Profil Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studiengang Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten im CRM oder Marketing bzw.
internationalen Umfeld Ausgeprägte Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Freude am Arbeiten mit Kennzahlen Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit Sehr guter Umgang mit MS Office Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse Wir bieten Lidl legt Wert darauf, dass sich deine Zeit bei uns lohnt!
