Wir suchen eine(n) JUNIORLEITER QUALITÄTSSICHERUNG in Vollzeit.
Ihre Aufgaben bei uns:
Sicherstellung der Erfüllung aller Kundenanforderungen von der Produktentwicklung bis zum Service Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Qualitätsplanung, die Festlegung der Prüfmethoden und -intensität (Erstellen von Prüfplänen) sowie die Ermittlung der kritischen Prozessschritte zur Sicherstellung der Qualität durch Audits Erstellen von Erstmusterprüfberichten Durchführen von Untersuchungen über Maschinen- und Prozessfähigkeit Verantwortung für die Qualitätskontrolle und -optimierung, einschließlich der Bearbeitung und Analyse von Abweichungen, Kunden- und Lieferantenreklamationen Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung präziser Messverfahren, sowohl taktil als auch optisch Führung und Entwicklung des QS-Teams Aufbau und Pflege strukturierter Qualitätsdaten zur Prozessanalyse und -optimierung Verantwortung für Eskalation und Deeskalation von Qualitätsproblemen sowie deren zeitnahe Lösung Ihre Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im gew./techn.
Bereich mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker, Meister oder höher qualifiziert Erste Erfahrung in der Personalführung wünschenswert Erfahrener QS-Mitarbeiter mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung Führungs-, Organisations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten Kenntnisse im Bereich Reklamationsmanagement (8D-Report, etc.) „5S' und „Lean' Kenntnisse wünschenswert Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch Gute Erfahrungen in MS Office und im Einsatz eines ERP-Systems (z.b.
