Die Bezahlung erfolgt bis Entgeltgruppe 13 TVöD.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Leitung des Sachgebietes in allen organisatorischen und finanziellen Angelegenheiten (das Sachgebiet beinhaltet 7 Reviere mit 650 ha Grünflächen und 50.000 Bäumen, darunter: 176 ha öffentliche Grünflächen, 228 öffentliche Spielplätze, 220 ha Verkehrsgrünflächen, 194 ha Landschaftsentwicklungsflächen
Führen und Entwickeln des zugeordneten Personals (11 Gartenbaumeister
• innen)
Organisieren und Überwachen der gärtnerischen Unterhaltung
Wahrnehmen der Aufgaben der Verkehrssicherungspflicht
strategisches Planen und konzeptionelles Steuern der Grünflächenpflege
Ihr Profil:
abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (Diplom FH/Bachelor) der Fachrichtung Landespflege oder Landschaftsarchitektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Kenntnisse aus dem Garten- und Landschaftsbau
Fachkenntnisse in der Personalführung, Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Entscheidungs- und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
Fach- und Spezialkenntnisse (FLL-Baumkontrollrichtlinie, FLL-Baumpflege, VOB, Nachbarschaftsrecht, BNaschG, Artenschutz, etc.)
