VERSORGUNGSTECHNIK (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für den Bereich der öffentlichen Gebäude im Bauamt.
IHRE KERNAUFGABEN Verantwortliche Betreuung und Überwachung des Betriebs der Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär-, Klima- und Kälteanlagen (HLSK)
Kontinuierliche Steuerung und Optimierung der HLKS - Anlagen hinsichtlich Energieeinsparung, wirtschaftlicher Betrieb und Ausfallsicherheit
Selbstständige Prüfung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Wartungen und wiederkehrenden Prüfungen unter Beachtung der geltenden technischen Regeln und Vorschriften
Einweisung der Hausmeister in die Anlagentechnik. Unterstützung beim Anlagenbetrieb und bei der Beseitigung von Störungen vor Ort
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von kleineren Sanierungsprojekten
Begleitung von extern geplanten gebäudetechnischen Projekten
IHRE QUALIFIKATION Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker HLSK, Meister oder Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie haben bereits Erfahrungen im technischen Gebäudemanagement gesammelt
Sie sind dienstleistungsorientiert, haben eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeiten gerne im Team
Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein
Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Office-Anwendungen
