AufgabenSie managen ganzheitlich unsere wichtigsten Lieferanten und streben den nächsten Schritt in der Entwicklung Ihrer Produktkategorie an, wobei Sie alle Aspekte des Business verantworten
Strategischer Aufbau und fortlaufende Optimierung eines multi-channel-fähigen Sortimentes für unsere Produktkategorie "Zuhause" (Hochstühle, Kindermöbel, Heimtextilien uvm.)
Die Leistung Ihrer Kategorie bestimmt maßgeblich Ihren Erfolg. Sie analysieren relevante KPIs und Reports und leiten Maßnahmen zur Optimierung Ihrer Kategorie ab
Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Top-Marken, führen Verhandlungen von Preisen, Vertragskonditionen und Marketingbudgets
Sie wissen wie Sie Ihr Netzwerk nutzen müssen, pflegen und entwickeln Kontakte mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten weiter
Sie kennen den Markt und Ihre Mitbewerber, immer auf der Suche nach neuen Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium von Vorteil
Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Einkauf/Category Management oder auch Vertrieb, idealerweise im E-Commerce Bereich/FMCG-Bereich
Überzeugendes Auftreten und starke Verhandlungssicherheit im Umgang mit Lieferanten
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, gutes Prozess- und Zahlenverständnis
Versierter Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere sicherer Umgang mit Excel
Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
30 Tage Urlaub pro Jahr
37,5 Stunden pro Woche
