Deine Ausbildung - auf den Punkt gebracht
Die Ausbildung beginnt am 1. September 2025 mit einer spannenden Einführungswoche, in der du über die verschiedenen Strukturen unseres Unternehmens informiert wirst. Außerdem finden Hospitationen in Bereichen wie z. B. in verschiedenen Therapieabteilungen oder in der Pflege statt. Dadurch bekommst du einen tollen Einblick was hinter den Kulissen geschieht.
Du durchläufst verschiedene Abteilungen innerhalb der m&i-Fachkliniken Hohenurach. Dadurch erhältst Du einen breitgefächerten Eindruck von den kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten in einem Unternehmen mit ca. 550 Mitarbeitern und wirst so optimal auf das spätere Berufsleben vorbereitet.

Sekretariat der Geschäftsführung
Sekretariat der Personalabteilung
Terminplanung
Einkauf/Logistik
Chefarztsekretariat
Schreibbüro
Aufnahmeabteilung
Fakturierung
Rezeption
Die Berufsschule wird tageweise während der Arbeitswoche besucht (je nach Woche 1 bis 2 Tage Berufsschule pro Woche) und findet in Reutlingen statt.
