The Project Manager is responsible for keeping the projects on spec according to the contract requirements to satisfy Pall's customers with On-Time and On-Quality performance.
This position is part of Global Systems F&B and will be located in Bad Kreuznach, Onsite.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Keep the project on spec (scope), time and cost as it was in the contract.
Demonstrate communication and negotiation skills to stakeholders.
Think outside the box to find solutions to the challenges that projects present, in accordance with the company's governance and procedures.
Work directly in the life cycle of projects, managing scope, schedule, costs, resources, stakeholders, acquisitions, quality and risk.
The essential requirements of the job include:
B.E/B.Tech (Process/Chemical/Mechanical/Equivalent).
M.Tech/MS/MBA would be an advantage.
5 - 10 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years in project management of equipment used in Food & Beverage manufacturing in an EPC company.
Experience working with outside subcontractors including mechanical fabricators, electronic fabricators, software designers and automation experts.
Commercial acumen at the project level.
Intermediate English is a minimum requirement.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability and willingness to work in a multinational and interdisciplinary team with some degree of global travel.
Must have a driving license and valid passport.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Process in Food and Beverage environment.
