Die Plattform umfasst sämtliche Aktivitäten rund um die digitale ganzheitliche Gesundheitsversorgung - von der Diagnose beim Online-Arztbesuch bis zur pharmazeutischen Beratung und dem benötigten Medikament, Gesundheitsprodukt oder der digitalen Lösung.Das machst du bei uns:
Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden einen erstklassigen Service erhalten, wenn sie sich mit einer Vielzahl von pharmazeutischen Anfragen an uns wenden.Du überprüfst die Bestellungen im Hinblick auf Wechselwirkungen und Kontraindikationen.Du führst bei Neukunden eine pharmazeutische Hintergrundbewertung durch.Du berätst chronisch Kranke im Rahmen unserer individuellen Betreuungsprogramme.Du kommunizierst mit unseren Kunden per Telefon, per E-Mail, über Facebook und bei Interesse über einen Video-Chat.Das bringst du mit:
