As an Sales and Application Specialist Biacore (d/f/m), you will identify, develop, manage, and retain revenue-generating opportunities.
Leverage your expertise to strategically support the sales of our diverse product and service lines.
Be a part of our dynamic team in After Sales and make a significant impact on our growth and success!
This position is part of the Sales and Account Management Team based in Switzerland and will be fully remote .
What you will do:

Coordinate and perform instrument demonstrations and customer training sessions
Present products at User Days, workshops, seminars, and exhibitions
Work with reference customers to build and maintain the Biacore Scientific Network
Collaborate closely with Sales Specialists and Account Managers to develop the opportunity funnel and secure revenue
Provide after-sales support and troubleshooting to ensure a positive customer experience
Who you are:

Scientific background in Biology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry
Experienced user of the Biacore platform and consumable products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient with established communication platforms
Fluent in both German and English
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Ability to travel - around 50% within territory
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
